ISRO-Registered

Space Tutor Programme

We’re thrilled to announce that Saras-3D has been recognised as an ISRO-Registered Space Tutor! This milestone aligns perfectly with our mission to inspire the young generation of space enthusiasts through immersive, 3D STEM learning experience.

As part of this initiative, we are developing a Space Tutor Programme, complete with engaging, AI-powered educational content. Our work has already begun, with stereoscopic 3D lessons like Chandrayaan 3, showcased at ISRO’s Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre.

Click on each section below to understand more about what to expect in Saras-3D’s upcoming Space Tutor Programme.

Space and its Mysteries!

On a clear, starry night, have you ever wondered about the mysteries of space—stars, galaxies, probes, rockets, and satellites? That curiosity is about to be fulfilled. This is where you begin laying the foundation for becoming a Space Technologist, a Space Scientist, or simply enhancing your awareness of the space science and technology shaping world affairs today.

Watch the video and download this presentation to learn more.

Our Space Tutor Programme will cover various topics related to Space, and in various formats. Learners will be able to simulate different spatial objects to get practical understanding, with our PWOs. They will also learn from fun and thought-provoking videos and textual materials.

Here are some more sneak peeks from what you can expect from the Space Tutor Programme.

Space and its Different Studies!

Do you know the difference between Astronomy, Astrophysics, and Cosmology? Or are they the same? Learn more about different fields of Space studies from this video.

Exploring the Cosmos: Astrobiology and Astrophysics

From galaxies to alien life, Astrobiology and Astrophysics explore the universe’s greatest mysteries. Watch to learn more!

Arybhata - India's First Space Mission

Explore groundbreaking design, scientific instruments, and legacy in shaping India's space program. From a historic liftoff to its lasting impact, the video captures the role of Aryabhata - India’s first satellite - as a symbol of the country's journey into space, on its 50th anniversary.

The Launch Vehicles of ISRO

From the reliable PSLV that precisely places satellites in polar orbits, to the powerful GSLV and LVM3 launching heavy payloads into space, and the agile SSLV for quick small satellite missions — ISRO’s launch vehicles power India’s space dreams.

How Ingenuity Flies on Mars!

Dive into the science behind this Martian marvel and simulate Ingenuity’s Flight

Ingenuity's flight on Mars is a blend of science and engineering! From Newton's Laws explaining lift and balance, to Bernoulli's Principle showing how air pressure lifts the blades, every detail matters. The Magnus Effect keeps it stable, while Rotational Mechanics ensures smooth blade motion. Powered by solar panels, it’s like a space-age calculator! Even Archimedes' Principle plays a role in designing lightweight parts for Mars' thin atmosphere.

Atmospheric Refraction: Causes and Effects on Celestial Observations

Ever wondered why stars twinkle or why the Sun appears before it rises? It’s all due to atmospheric refraction! As light bends through Earth’s atmosphere, it creates effects like flickering stars, advanced sunrise, and delayed sunset. Learn more about Atmospheric Refraction

What Causes Blue Skies and Red Sunsets?

What makes the sky blue and sunsets red? There’s a fascinating science behind it! Blue light spreads the most, coloring the sky, while at sunrise and sunset, it scatters away, leaving warm hues. The Tyndall Effect works similarly in cloudy liquids. Next time you see a sunset, remember—it's scientific magic! Dive deeper into the subject of Scattering of Light.

Understanding Weightlessness and Free-fall Dynamics in Space

Why do objects fall at different speeds on Earth, but at the same speed in space? Well, on this planet, air resistance slows lighter objects, but in space, everything falls at the same rate due to gravity! This is why astronauts feel weightless in space because they’re in constant free fall around Earth. Watch Free Fall Dynamics to understand how this shapes space travel and exploration!

The Power of Nuclear Fusion

The Sun’s energy comes from nuclear fusion—hydrogen atoms fusing into helium, releasing immense power. This fuels our light, heat, and even solar panels in space! But solar storms can disrupt satellites and power grids. Scientists study fusion for clean energy and to understand the universe, because the future is fusion-powered! Learn more about the Power of Nuclear Fusion in an interactive way.

Kepler’s Laws: The Key to Space Exploration

Kepler’s Laws explain how planets, satellites, and spacecraft move in space. They guide fuel-efficient missions to Mars, keep satellites in orbit, and enable precise spacecraft docking. Scientists even use them to discover planets around distant stars. These laws are the foundation of modern space exploration! Understand more about Kepler’s Laws in an immersive way now.
